Senior Business Analyst – Financial Systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between finance and IT teams for ERP system enhancements and implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for financial systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, and data migration projects.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and ensure smooth adoption of new tools.
• Partner with executives and finance leaders to align technology solutions with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as D365, SAP, Infor, or Oracle NetSuite.
• Background in accounting and finance OR an accounting/finance degree.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
