We are looking for an Epic Systems Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Systems Analyst to support key clinical and administrative workflows across the organization. This fully remote role requires deep hands‑on experience with Epic modules—specifically Willow, Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, or Hospital Billing—and strong communication skills, including the ability to interface with executive leadership and present technical information in a clear, business-focused manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide configuration, optimization, and ongoing support for Epic modules (Willow, Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Hospital Billing).
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for workflow enhancements, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
- Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver updates, recommendations, and project status reports to executive leadership.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams to evaluate system performance and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in lifecycle activities including testing, validation, release management, and go‑live support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend permanent fixes.
- Maintain documentation, job aides, and end-user training materials.
- Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting Epic Systems in a clinical or revenue cycle environment.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following modules: Willow, Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Hospital Billing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with testing, configuration, workflow analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
