About the Opportunity:
The SR. PROJECT MANAGER, CSP role is responsible for leading a cross-functional, cross-geography project team to plan, execute, and deliver Cloud Service Provider offerings and solutions, primarily focusing on compute, storage, and GPU product lines. This role ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, directly impacting the organization’s ability to deliver complex technology solutions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope to meet time and cost constraints
- Ensure end-to-end process execution and identify gaps
- Own and manage project deliverables
- Lead the project team to achieve objectives
- Ensure appropriate team composition and functional representation
- Develop and execute project schedules
- Manage decision checkpoint processes
- Monitor execution and drive functional commitments
- Provide timely and accurate project status updates
- Conduct project risk management and change control
- Escalate issues as necessary
- Conduct lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement
- Act as project owner interface with customers
Requirements:
- Experience in compute, storage, or GPU product lines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- Preferred experience in OEM, ODM, or system integration within the data center industry
- Senior-level project management skills; PMI certification preferred
- Strong customer focus and financial acumen; MBA is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, global environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Effective leadership through complexity and ambiguity
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 160,600–246,215 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Candidates may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
