About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for translating company priorities into structured projects and driving them to successful completion across multiple departments and initiatives. This role is critical in coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to execute digital launches, live and virtual events, coaching programs, and media initiatives, ensuring clear plans, accountability, and timely delivery. The position demands a proactive operator who anticipates risks and closes execution gaps to support the organization’s growth and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent cross-functional projects involving digital launches, marketing campaigns, events, coaching programs, digital products, and media initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows using project management tools.
- Lead initiatives across departments such as Marketing, Copywriting, Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners.
- Drive execution of complex digital launches, including CRM and marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, promotional activities, and hard deadlines.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, hold stakeholders accountable, escalate issues as needed, and communicate project status.
- Validate deliverables through quality checks and ensure requirements are met.
- Evaluate and improve existing project management processes and tools, and lead a Project Coordinator to enhance organizational visibility and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project, launch, or product management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams and maintain accountability without directly executing all delayed tasks.
- Experience managing interdepartmental teams in remote settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely, accurate work.
- Background in coaching companies, digital education, performance marketing, agencies, membership businesses, or other launch-focused entrepreneurial settings.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and launch workflows, including CRM/marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Proficiency with project management systems, particularly Asana.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
