About the Opportunity:
The MANAGER, FP&A - MCE V2500 is responsible for overseeing financial management and analysis of multiple fleet management contracts within the V2500 engine portfolio. This role provides critical financial support to leadership and cross-functional teams by managing contract estimates, variance analyses, customer proposals, and compliance activities. The position contributes essential oversight to ensure accurate financial reporting and supports decision-making processes affecting contract and fleet performance.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and analyze contract estimates at completion (EAC) for multiple fleet management contracts.
- Prepare and present financial analyses for contract EACs to cross-functional teams and auditors.
- Develop financial analysis for customer proposals and contract restructuring.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities for fleet contracts.
- Coordinate quarterly Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO) and backlog processes.
- Assist in annual rate recalculations and invoicing vendor support.
- Provide financial oversight and ongoing support to fleet managers.
- Utilize CORE tools to drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial Aftermarket finance, FP&A, or long-term contract accounting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
- Familiarity with multiple financial systems such as SAP.
- Self-motivated team player able to manage multiple high-priority projects independently.
- U.S. citizenship required due to access restrictions.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD to 204,500 USD.
- Compensation will consider role, experience, location, education, and skills.
