Role Description:

This is a remote role for a Business Coach seeking a career change/upgrade. While coaching is an important part of this role, it is not the only requirement. Responsibilities include communication with potential clients and associates, marketing, team leadership, and daily personal development to drive the growth and success of our education products. The right candidate will be highly self-motivated with the desire for personal achievement and contribution to society.

Requirements:

- High performer with 5 years of professional experience in coaching and/or leadership

- The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)

- Self starter with a positive mental attitude

- Have the goal to make at least 6 figures a year

- Professional and personable communication style

- Utilize basic technology with ease

We are seeking a high level coach who is still coachable and open-minded.
