Position: Strategic Sales Partner Location: Remote, US-Based (US Citizens only)Overview: We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial sales professionals to generate new business for our custom software development and web development services. This role is open only to U.S. citizens and is structured as 100% commission-based with no earning cap, designed for independent contractors who excel at building relationships and closing deals. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients needing custom software, web development, or digital solutions.
  • Drive outreach through networking, cold calling, social platforms, and other sales tactics.
  • Present tailored proposals and solutions that align with client needs.
  • Negotiate and close new contracts to hit and exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular updates.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams for smooth client onboarding after deals are closed.
  • Stay current with trends in technology and business development to strengthen your approach.

Ideal Profile:

  • Background in selling technology services is preferred (custom software, development projects, consulting), though not strictly required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
