Web UI Lead Designer - Commerce & Membership Platforms

As Publishers Clearing House (PCH) modernizes its commerce and membership experience, user experience and interface design are critical to driving trust, clarity, and conversion.

We are seeking a Web UI Lead Designer to lead user interface design across PCH Shopping and new digital platforms.

This role focuses on conversion-oriented design, clarity of offers, and seamless user journeys, ensuring experiences feel modern, trustworthy, and intuitive.

What You’ll OwnEcommerce & Membership UX

• Design high-converting landing pages
• Improve checkout and subscription flows
• Clarify promotional and rewards experiences

Design Systems

• Maintain scalable UI components
• Improve consistency across product surfaces
• Develop reusable layouts and patterns

Testing & Optimization

• Collaborate with Growth on A/B testing
• Identify friction points in user journeys
• Use behavioral data to inform design decisions

Product Collaboration

• Partner with Product Manager on feature visualization
• Provide clear design documentation and dev handoffs

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Identified UX improvements in key conversion flows
• Launched at least one measurable design-driven test
• Established stronger UI consistency across properties

Required Experience

• 5+ years web or product design (or equivalent experience)
• Strong Figma proficiency
• Experience designing ecommerce or subscription funnels
• Strong understanding of usability and trust signals

This Role Is Not

• A pure brand designer
• A marketing only designer
• A graphic production only role
