Position: Marketing Manager - Digital II Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job ID: 170421 Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing best-in-class programs and digital channels. This position is responsible for building the brand, driving customer success, and generating revenue through the adoption of training and certification products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales and Marketing teams in creating online sales strategies across all customer segments, providing valuable insights to reach target audiences.
- Develop a presence in Success Communities and other learning communities to maximize awareness of offerings and drive adoption of training and certification products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Services, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Curriculum Development, to deliver world-class marketing programs.
- Develop targeted online customer acquisition strategies for all training products.
- Work with Sales and Marketing on tactical promotion initiatives to drive online, direct, and channel sales.
- Manage day-to-day execution of digital demand-generation activities, including SEM, SEO, web traffic, and conversion optimization.
- Coordinate company events, webinars, industry event sponsorships, and other campaign programs.
- Manage email marketing, newsletters, and customer-retention campaigns.
- Track, test, and optimize paid acquisition channels such as PPC, retargeting, and content syndication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Provide reporting and analysis of campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in online marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven ability to contribute on both strategic and operational levels.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into creative and compelling campaigns.
- Strong team player with excellent organizational and people skills.
- Experience managing digital and social campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.
- Experience managing vendors and agencies on creative and technology projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Radian6, Drupal, Eloqua, Omniture, Google Analytics, Tableau, Vimeo, and Vidyard.

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
