– Fully Remote (PST preferred) (Full-Time) PATH is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy, elevating our brand as a leader in sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will oversee a talented marketing team and collaborate across departments to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring:

This is a full-time position, fully remote (PST preferred), with opportunities to make a significant impact on PATH’s mission and growth. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with PATH’s mission and growth objectives, driving market share, brand awareness, and consumer engagement.
  • Brand Management: Define and refine PATH’s brand architecture, target consumer segments, and positioning to ensure a consistent and compelling presence across all touchpoints.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns that include digital, social media, influencer partnerships, experiential marketing, retail activations, and shopper marketing initiatives designed to influence purchase behavior.
  • Social Media Excellence: Oversee the strategy and execution of social media platforms, ensuring engaging content, robust community management, and alignment with brand voice to amplify reach and impact.
  • Merchandising and In-Store Presence: Partner with sales and operations teams to develop in-store merchandising strategies that maximize visibility, optimize shelf space, and drive velocity at retail.
  • Velocity Growth: Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities to improve product velocity and ensure effective execution of trade promotions and marketing activities at the store level.
  • Tradeshow Leadership: Plan and manage tradeshow presence, including booth design, messaging, and pre/post-show marketing to maximize visibility and generate leads.
  • Innovation Commercialization: Lead the go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and formats, leveraging consumer insights and market data to ensure successful launches and market adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with insights teams to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, campaign performance, and shopper data, using these insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to balance growth with ROI while prioritizing key initiatives like social media, shopper marketing, and tradeshows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and support key launches, merchandising efforts, and in-store execution.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Cultural Relevance: Stay ahead of trends to ensure PATH’s marketing strategy evolves with the pace of culture, keeping the brand relevant and impactful across all platforms, from social media to in-store experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of senior-level marketing experience, ideally within CPG, beverage, or sustainability-focused brands.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams while building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and retail marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data and insights to inform strategies and measure success.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with focus and agility.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in CPG and retail, with a proven record of collaborating with sales teams to expand distribution and product portfolios.
  • Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and market research software.
