Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Strategist to lead organic social media strategies for our clients. This role focuses on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—developing content that sparks engagement, builds community, and drives real business impact. You’ll own content planning, execution, and performance tracking while working alongside our design and SEO teams to keep everything aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging, platform-specific content (captions, posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
- Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Optimize content for each platform’s algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Monitor community engagement—responding to comments and encouraging conversation.
- Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life visually.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and features.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media content strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- Proven experience growing engagement and reach on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar).
- Understanding of organic social media KPIs and how to report on them.
- Creative thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with daily execution.
- Experience in SEO or paid social is a plus.
