Remote Call Center Agent

Part-Time Remote Call Center Agent notifyMD is seeking Part-Time Remote Call Center Agents to provide the friendly, professional voice our clients depend on. This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7/365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays. To excel in this role, you should have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. We are seeking self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. Previous customer service experience is not required. Being Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus! To be considered for the role, you must have the following remote requirements:

• A Windows PC or laptop (no Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks)
• Your screen resolution must be at least 1600X900 (Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency)
• A wired USB headset with a microphone
• Broadband internet connection that can pass our speed test
• A direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• 1 GB of available storage space
• A dedicated workspace free from distraction

Pay: $20/hour Shifts

• Part-Time, approximately 16 hours/week
• Shifts available are based on business needs
• Shifts are M-F, with one weekend day shift required (Sat OR Sun)
