Guidewire Developer – BillingCenter (Temp-to-Hire)

Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Guidewire Developer to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the insurance industry. This is a remote, temp-to-hire position.

Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.

What YOU will do

• Design, configure, and integrate Guidewire BillingCenter solutions to support business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable code
• Develop, test, and implement integrations with other internal and external systems
• Participate in full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and support
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in code quality, performance, and team processes
• Communicate technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What YOU will bring us

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter or PolicyCenter, including integration and configuration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Guidewire certifications preferred
• Experience working with auto insurance applications strongly preferred
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
• Remote work capability within the United States
