The studio specializes in sophisticated, easy-to-wear clothing that incorporates tasteful, unique design elements. Drawing inspiration from the rich history and luxurious textiles of Asia, coupled with the minimal, elegant aesthetics of Scandinavian design, Nish Niche creates a distinctive blend of styles. Our goal is to carve out a unique niche that merges these two design philosophies into stunning works of wearable art.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Digital Art Director. In this role, you will oversee the art direction and branding of digital assets, ensuring they align with Nish Niche's unique aesthetic. Your responsibilities include:

• Development of seasonal website designs based on approved creative and collection inspiration

• Oversight of email blasts and social media to ensure consistency in brand identity

• Ability to use AI when creating designs

• Creation of motion graphics.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Art Direction and Branding, with a strong ability to lead creative projects
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics with experience in creating visually compelling digital assets
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in Graphics and unique applications of design concepts
• Ability to align design work with a distinct blend of global design aesthetics
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
• Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
