Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Quality Assurance Supervisor at a food company. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee daily quality control operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and develop and implement quality assurance policies. Additional responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing a team of quality control technicians, analyzing production processes, and preparing detailed reports to ensure product safety and consistency.

• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance protocols

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the food industry (e.g., FDA, HACCP)
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within food production or manufacturing is highly desirable
