Full Stack Engineer

mroads is looking for a Full Stack Engineer for one of the direct clients. This is a remote opportunity with limited travel to Bethesda, MD.Note: We are looking for people who can work only on W2 or 1099.Required Skills:

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for learning and growth• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• JavaScript and TypeScript as your primary development language
• Experience with modern front-end or back-end web technologies and frameworks.
• Proven track record of working with scalable, high-quality web applications
• Strong understanding of data structures and software design patterns
• Knowledge of how to use Docker and containerize applications for deployment
• Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards
• 3+ years’ working with GraphQL at enterprise scale
• 8+ years’ working with large-scale API projects
• 5+ years working with Node.JS
• 3+ years working with high volume API projects 30m hits per day +
• 5+ years’ technical delivery ownership of JavaScript projects
• Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and React Native.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using Github actions and Harness.io
• Experience using Kubernetes
• AWS Solutions Architect or Developer certification
• Experience with RUST or other emerging web technologies
• Communication & business/product management experience
• Open Source Software contributions
