Junior Account Manager, Client Solutions (Global Integrated/Experiential Marketing)

Description This is an exciting opportunity for a growing sales & marketing professional to work within a highly strategic Business Unit supporting a major consumer electronic brand’s field sales and training team from planning, execution to measurement. As a Junior Account Manager, Client Services, you will be a central position on the team, responsible for leading day to day preparation, planning and organization of a client portfolio and their subsequent brand programs. The Junior Account Manager is the hub of the wheel, assisting Senior Leadership with the streamlined oversight and preparation for all brand campaigns Location: Remote Type: Full-Time [5 Month contract] with possibility of extension Compensation : $60,000-$64,000 WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

Responsibilities

• Create project schedule and initiates critical path; takes the necessary action to keep work and teams on-track
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges in order to provide solutions
• Support project planning, documentation, budget management, expense tracking and timelines
• Produce and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Brand Ambassadors, focusing on product knowledge, brand messaging, and engagement techniques
• Manage the hiring, scheduling, deployment, and coordination of multiple “Brand Ambassadors” to ensure optimal staffing for all events and campaigns
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management for the junior team members to ensure a high standard of execution
• Develops and guides the creation of executive summary and insights reports for both client and internal team. Ensures excellence in effective reporting
• Consistently track, analyze, and interpret performance data to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and operational teams to deliver flawless activations
• Support with program logistics, asset production and vendor relationships
• Lead on-site execution for activations and live moments - travel required
• Work closely with internal departments for tracking finances, vendor/sponsorship agreements (SOW’s) and recruitment of talent
• Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet) to stay organized and communicate clearly

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, events, or brand programs (agency background a plus)
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Demonstrable ability to communicate/present updates to key stakeholders & senior leadership
• You flourish with organization, detail, developing status docs, critical paths, and project plans. Organized is your middle name
• You’re an experienced “Project Manager” and independent thinker, who thrives in a highly entrepreneurial, but process driven environment to meet deliverables
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Must be comfortable travelling and working weekends when required
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Confident using Google tools — especially Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Meet
