Business Developement/ Recruiter

Mission Staffing is expanding its West Coast presence and is seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Los Angeles to support and grow our client relationships across the region.

This role is remote, but candidates must be located in the LA area and able to attend local client meetings as needed.

**This individual must have experience with Temporary/Consulting Staffing**

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client relationships across banking, insurance, and fintech
• Leverage an existing book of business to drive new and repeat hiring needs
• Source, screen, and place high-quality talent on contract and consulting assignments
• Act as a trusted partner to clients throughout the hiring process
• Represent Mission Staffing in client-facing and market-facing interactions

Requirements:

• Prior recruiting experience supporting banking, insurance, or fintech clients
• An established book of business is required for consideration
• Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying client-facing locally
