Role Description

This is a remote contract position for a Growth & Hiring Coordinator. The Growth & Hiring Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, sourcing and recruiting top talent, and collaborating with internal teams to support organizational growth. This role entails crafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. The Coordinator will also contribute to team-building strategies and work closely with leadership to align hiring objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Talent acquisition expertise, including recruiting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Experience in employer branding and crafting engaging job descriptions
  • Proficiency in communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage relationships effectively
  • Familiarity with growth-focused strategies, including scaling teams to support business needs
  • Previous HR experience or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are valuable
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
