We are seeking sharp, disciplined Loan Advisors to help deploy capital ranging from $1 million to $10 million on accelerated timelines, and up to $1 billion for qualified projects (recourse and non-recourse, subject to underwriting and approval).

Our capital sources include family offices, accredited investors, and institutional relationships nationwide.

This is not a cold-start position.

Selected advisors will be provided with a turnkey loan origination platform that includes:

• Prospecting systems

• Deal intake structure

• Underwriting coordination

• Access to private and institutional capital sources

• Administrative and compliance support

We are currently reviewing candidates who:

• Understand commercial or residential real estate finance

• Have access to developers, investors, or project owners

• Can source shovel-ready deals

• Want to operate within a structured funding platform rather than build from scratch

Recent applicants have submitted substantial funding requests across multiple asset classes, demonstrating the scale of opportunity available within the platform. Commission structures are performance-based and tied directly to successfully originated and funded transactions.

Licensing Structure:

The standard franchise licensing fee is $5,000. However:

If you currently control shovel-ready deals suitable for submission, the licensing fee may be waived. In that case, you will begin with a refundable setup fee and immediate onboarding, subject to review and approval.
