Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Marketing Specialist to join our Cardiometabolic Business Unit within their Rapid & Molecular Diagnostics Division. This role is instrumental in supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will contribute across multiple marketing functions, including content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, and market research, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of working experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex, external organizations to identify internal champions and influence decision-makers.
- Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the organization.
- Ability to pivot easily between projects and ramp up quickly on new topics
- Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and project management skills
- Excellent writer and communicator who can succinctly and accurately organize, summarize, clarify, and communicate ideas.
- Experience in managing projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador in all communications and interactions with external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics to senior marketing staff.
- Support the planning and execution of leadership events, including meetings, sales award trips, and marketing events.
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue booking, vendor management, and promotional materials.
- Create and edit content for various marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Manage marketing calendars, track project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with Marketing Excellence and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Support senior leadership with projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
