Program Manager, Internal Events

Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising Team This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role located in Cupertino, CA (PST time zone required). Summary The Internal Events Program Manager will plan, manage, and execute internal events, programs, and workshops that engage employees, strengthen organizational culture, and align with strategic priorities. This role supports the development of meaningful experiences for a global audience, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality, inspiring, and impactful events. Our Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Events, and/or Internal Engagement
• Passion for creating engaging employee experiences with a strong foundation in event and program management
• Solid project management background with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
• Proficient in coordinating operational communication plans and vendor relations, with strong organizational skills
• Familiar with cross-functional collaboration and executive-level stakeholder engagement
• Skilled in collaborating with global teams and diverse business functions
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Executive presence and ability to thrive under pressure

Job Description In this role, you will design, plan, and execute internal events, programs, and workshops that align with organizational priorities and foster employee engagement. You’ll partner with stakeholders across teams and leadership to produce impactful experiences, manage operational communication plans, and coordinate event logistics. This includes overseeing event planning from concept to delivery, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring events meet quality standards and deadlines. You will also support ongoing communication efforts and maintain cross-functional alignment to enhance employee experience and team culture. Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in event management, marketing, communications, or internal engagement
• Experience working with international teams

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
