You'll work fully remote with a team that trains you properly, structured conversations, clear expectations, and support at every step. Whatever your background, the program is built to get you up to speed. No previous experience required.
What the day-to-day actually looks like:
Calling back families who requested information
Asking good questions and listening more than you talk
Presenting coverage options by phone or video and answering honestly
Submitting applications and following cases through to approval
Weekly training calls and one-on-one mentorship as you learn
You'll do well here if you:
Are coachable and willing to be new at something
Show up consistently and do what you say you'll do
Have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and a computer
Prefer being trained by people who've done it over guessing your way through
If you're not yet licensed, we'll point you to the pre-licensing course and walk you through the process. U.S. residents only. Compensation is 100% commission.
