Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of compensation methodologies and practices with an understanding of compensation and administration from a business area and/or corporate perspective
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated partnerships that allow for collaboration and effective communication
  • Project management experience from beginning to implementation
  • Prior compensation program management or consultant experience

Our team is dedicated to maintaining a mission-oriented mindset, ensuring that our initiatives meet the highest standards of HR performance. THE WORK We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, solution-oriented HR professional that can manage the following responsibilities:

  • Lead several of our core compensation competencies/programs across the Business Area (e.g., recognition, incentive programs)
  • Provide support to the BA compensation compliance lead to ensure adherence to SCA, FLSA, federal and state minimum wage requirements. This includes but is not limited to addressing HRBP and leader questions, partnering with corporate compliance and legal, reviewing SCA hour and wage benefits, and providing immediate resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Lead and/or support a variety of compensation initiatives and projects (both BA-specific and enterprise-wide) including program design, process improvement activities and change management/communications activities
  • Foster a strong partnership and interaction with human resource business partners, HRIS analysts, payroll, talent acquisition, talent development and corporate partners for enterprise programs

Desired Skills

  • Advanced Excel/Access/Tableau Skills
  • Prior SCA, Compliance and/or Labor Relations compensation experience
  • 3 plus years of compensation or related HR experience
