Linkage is hiring a contractor for a self-driving technology company with a mission to make it safe and easy for people and things to move around. Building on software and sensor technology this company is now launching the world’s first fully self-driving transportation service that will take members of the public from A to B at the touch of a button.
Project Goals:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Production Manager to join the team in the fast-paced environment of autonomous ride-hail services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production, ensuring high-quality content that showcases ride-hailing service effectively. You will act as a key liaison between agency partners and on-site operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of video projects.
As part of the Brand Studio team, you will help connect people with the magic of autonomous driving technology. The Brand Studio team builds thoughtful creative assets to deliver messages that resonate with industry and consumer audiences, communicated through a range of touch points, from video content, to social media interactions, to immersive physical experiences.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll craft innovative and engaging campaigns that build awareness, trust, and affinity for an autonomous ride-hail service. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and eager to experiment. Supporting the Brand Studio team, you’ll collaborate with brand strategy, marketing, and agency partners to bring programs to life across paid media, social, web, experiential, product marketing, and design. From ideation to execution and reporting, you’ll lead end-to-end brand campaigns and communicate their impact to the business.
DailyResponsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to align campaigns
- Coordinate production with operations teams and external partners
- Oversee on-site shoots to ensure quality and timeliness
- Manage agency communications, reviews, and edit schedules
- Organize video assets and production materials
- Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or production, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand productions
- Strong understanding of brand marketing channels and tactics, including digital, social, video, out-of-home, experiential and partnerships
- Successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally with various partners in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- An exciting portfolio of work that demonstrates a wide range of brand marketing experience
- Curious, innovative, and thrives on ambiguity
- Strong creative spirit and ability to think outside the box
- Passion for autonomous driving technology
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience working on consumer tech brands
- Experience with brand and creative research
Expectations:
- Remote/Geo-Flex. Los Angeles or West Coast Preferred (Bay Area, San Francisco, Los Angeles)
- Full time (40 hours/week + overtime as needed)
