The Role: Strategic People & Leadership Development
This is an autonomous role where you will lead the engagement and development process within our global framework:
- Strategic Talent Engagement: Develop and implement strategies across digital platforms to attract high-level professionals and leadership candidates.
- Consultative Interviewing: Conduct structured professional interviews and discovery sessions with applicants (training and systems provided).
- Onboarding & Mentorship: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, offering ongoing professional support and leadership training.
- Global Collaboration: Participate in weekly leadership and strategy sessions with our international community of experts.
We’re Looking For
- Professional Background: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, or Executive Leadership.
- Communication Excellence: High-level phone, video conferencing, and interpersonal skills.
- The Desire for Change: You are seeking a new challenge away from daily corporate reporting and office politics, looking instead for personal autonomy and professional growth.
