Responsibilities include reviewing and managing calendars, schedules, and logistics for customer and executive engagements. Throughout the day, tasks involve coordinating and supporting customer events, executive meetings, and organizational communications. Additional duties include creating and refining keynote presentations, preparing executive backgrounders and talking points, and following up on action items from meetings. Regular activities include developing weekly LinkedIn posts, bi-weekly internal newsletters, and refining customer backgrounders to drive success for VP engagements. Close partnership with the Chief of Staff and account teams ensures business strategy and planning deliverables are met, often leveraging CoPilot and prompt engineering to enhance communications and streamline workflows. Special projects and ad-hoc requests from leadership are also common, requiring adaptability and initiative.
- Proactively collaborate with Executive Admin to manage calendars, schedules, and logistics for customer and executive engagements
- Coordinate and support customer events, executive meetings, and organizational communications
- Create keynote presentations, including scripting and PowerPoint development
- Prepare executive backgrounders, talking points, and follow-up actions for meetings and keynotes
- Develop and deliver weekly LinkedIn posts and bi-weekly internal newsletters
- Collect and share customer stories to highlight impact and success
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff on activities in support of business strategy and planning to ensure deliverables are met within deadlines
- Use CoPilot and prompt engineering to enhance communications and streamline workflows
- Complete special projects as needed

Skills And Requirements 3–5 years developing and delivering communications for senior leaders, including executive backgrounders, talking points, and presentations. 3–5 years using Microsoft Office tools to create content, manage schedules, and support events (PowerPoint, Teams, Office systems). 3–5 years managing multiple priorities, coordinating events, and delivering projects under tight deadlines. Ability to create compelling content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, newsletters, internal communications), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational messaging. Experience in managing communications for events, meetings, and organizational initiatives, including coordination, scripting, and post-event follow-up.
