Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire an experienced Change Manager with over 8 years in Oil & Gas change management, to support technology, process and people transformation initiatives. The Change Manager will apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for several digital projects across various portfolios of work within finance, midstream, and other business units. Key Responsibilities Support and deliver Enterprise Change Readiness for identified project(s). Create and execute actionable deliverables such as (but not limited to): change management plans, impact assessments, engagement plans, runbooks, resistance management and training. Act as the Change Manager on assigned project(s). Consult and coach project teams in understanding and using change management framework and practices. Guide teams through standard and specialized change management activities, with the intention of supporting the adoption of new ways of working, while raising the knowledge and awareness of business unit leaders in change management contributing to the company's overall strategy and success. Specifically, we are looking for a consultant to (as needed):
- Full-Service Change management project support which includes (but not limited to):
- Messaging to management - creating decks, helping craft messaging up to the LT level (strong PowerPoint and communication skills are a must)
- Assisting with the user, vendor forum content, and documentation of issues
- Process flow or role mapping facilitation and documentation
- Ability/knowledge of working within the Agile framework
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse personalities and numerous levels of leadership
- Responsibilities
- Support Project team with all aspects of change management.
- Work with Business and IT personnel to execute OCM plans and deliverables
- Change Management
- Perform detailed stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment, including roles and responsibilities
- Develop and track metrics for success (readiness, sponsorship)
- Create actionable deliverables for the four change management levers as required such as(but not limited to): Change readiness plan, engagement plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, resistance management plan, celebration plan
- Facilitation of workshops (e.g. focus groups, conceptual design)
- Engagement
- Perform readiness assessment(s)
- Work with Corp comms to develop a communication strategy / plan leveraging multiple communication vehicles with feedback mechanisms in place
- Set engagement milestones and sequencing
- Develop and track metrics for success (channels identified, hit rate)
- Training
- Perform training needs assessment
- Determine training strategy: channels, frequency, and feedback mechanisms
- Support of curriculum creation, content curation and delivery assistance
- Facilitation / delivery of training

- PROSCI Certified
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience within Oil and Gas change management, supporting technology and digital transformation
- Experience working on multiple smaller projects and multitasking. This position will more likely to be working on multiple smaller projects instead of one large project. Will act as a catch all to projects that do not require a dedicated change manager. - SAP implementation change management experience
