Job Posting Title Manager Reporting & Analytics - Remote Job Description The Manager Reporting and Analytics is responsible for developing strategic priorities and executing operational plans for information delivery to both internal and external customers. The position works in concert with all areas of the business to define and implement overall reporting program goals, data storage, and tasks related to scope, quality, efficiency, budget, schedule and benefit. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the department reporting strategy based on compliance and regulatory needs, client demands, continuous improvement, and inter-departmental requirements
  • Serve as mentor and manager of team of reporting; develop and coach staff to meet or exceed performance expectations and defined objectives
  • Oversee scope, resources, schedule, planning development, testing and coordination for new reports, data pulls and dashboards
  • Prioritize work effort for the team and ensure adherence to defined deliverables and timing
  • Evaluate all requests for change in reporting scope or requirements, development of user acceptance and deployment plans, coordination of training, and other necessary support plans for client group
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
  • 6 years of work experience in business intelligence, reporting analysis/development, and/or data analysis
  • 1 year leadership/people management experience
  • Experience working with report generating technologies (like Business Objects, Tableau, etc.)

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access tools
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to manage staff and build relationships across multiple departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects / tasks simultaneously under pressure and strict timelines
  • Proven ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with databases, datamarts, or data warehouses
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Prior PBM experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data
  • Experience implementing quality process improvement efforts
  • Experience in agile
