As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor , you will lead ahigh-performing team responsible for supporting senior technical and businessleaders through strong operational oversight, streamlined processes, andproactive facilities management. This role blends hands-on technical knowledgewith strategic leadership, ensuring preventive maintenance, repairs, andcontinuous improvement across key building systems-including HVAC, plumbing,and electrical. You'll serve as a trusted liaison between clients,technicians, and leadership, driving efficiency and resolving priorities, with your strong hands on HVAC and Facilities Maintenance experience This position offers flexibility of working from your homeoffice, with regular travel to regional client sites in the Northeast tooversee facilities staff, ensure quality service delivery, and manageday-to-day and strategic maintenance operations. What You'll Do:

  • Act as a liaison between technical business leaders,facilities managers, and other internal and external clients to forecastworkload demand and project work.
  • Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee theworkload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members toensure effective delivery of services.
  • Work with business leaders to resolve conflictingpriorities.
  • Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
  • Showcase expertise in own job subject area and in-depthknowledge of other job fields within the organization function.
  • Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertisein most or all areas within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that align with CBRERISE values.
  • Anticipate potential objections and persuades others,often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point ofview.
  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project,or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided byfunctional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/oroperational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
  • Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the abilityto influence.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma orequivalent experience with 5-8 years of job-related experience. Prior shiftleader or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role includingstooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyondexisting solutions.
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard andinnovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and experiencemanaging work orders in a CMMS
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitiveattitude.

The minimum salary for the Technical Supervisor position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Technical Supervisor position is $86,000 annually . The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
