Developer, Full Stack (Open to Remote) We are looking for a Developer with React/JS and other development experience in Java or Python and SQL to join our team.  An ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the stack (front-end, backend) and be familiar with DevOps.  In this position, you will collaborate with small development teams that play a crucial role in driving business growth within PRH, operating within a dynamic and agile development environment.   We look forward to hearing from and hopefully meeting you soon!  **Specific responsibilities include:  **

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications as part of our ongoing platform evolution. 
• Build, test, deploy, and iterate on both existing and new technology products that serve internal and external users. 
• Leverage strong technical skills in areas such as front-end (web/mobile), backend development, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement and automation. 
• Support legacy systems and transition them to modern architectures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment in a fast-paced development environment.

• 3 or more years of professional software development experience preferred. 
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as React/JavaScript. 
• Experience with backend development in Java or Python. 
• Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals. 
• Strong grasp of modern web standards, accessibility, and security best practices. 
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks. 
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to research/plan/implement features or fix bugs is a plus.

This position is open to remote candidates based in the United States who are able to work Eastern Time hours.The salary range for this role is $100,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience.
