Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Culinary Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for accelerating our culinary recruiting efforts by establishing an innovative talent sourcing strategy which includes building and cultivating strong candidate pipelines through data mining, marketing, prospecting, networking, assessing and screening active job seekers and passive talent to place into exisiting and future positions. In this role, you will be a key member of our mobilization recruitment team, partnering closely with hiring managers and culinary leadership to place strong culinary talent and build robust talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You?ll join a team of recruiters committed to understanding candidate motivators and bringing top culinary talent to WXG, while serving as a subject?matter expert in culinary recruiting trends and insights. Working alongside the broader WXG recruiting team, you?ll collaborate on innovative staffing strategies that elevate WXG?s culinary impact for our guests and clients. Job Responsibilities
- Strategically oversee leadership culinary requisitions across all brands ensuring timely progress and alignment with business priorities.
- Recruiting and evaluating internal and external candidates through a variety of sources and recruiting techniques.
- Implement culinary talent management strategy for existing vacancies and collaborate with HR Business Partner/Culinary Leadership Team to identify talent gaps in succession planning for current business partners and prospective business partners.
- Support new business through pipelining candidates for anticipated business.
- Coaching and advising internal client groups (hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Internal Talent Acquisition Team) to influence action and decision making.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in culinary competitor insights, market conditions, best practices, and talent trends
- Engage with culinary talent communities to describe employment opportunities, showcase the employer brand, create interest and affinity toward work at Aramark
- Partner with organizational culinary team to ensure recruitment efforts drive toward the business?s overall culinary strategy and effectively communicate WXG?s culinary mission and purpose with talent

- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience with a focus on culinary, food & beverage, and/or hospitality
- Ability to travel as needed 25-30%
- Past or current work experience as a culinary professional is a plus
- Experience executing sourcing strategies while utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
- Proven track record sourcing passive candidates from direct competitors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be highly organized with strong sense of personal accountability
- Must have a strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate the company's story in a way that speaks to job seekers motivation, career goals, and interests
- Strong analytic skills coupled with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment team
Benefits COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
