For our client, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will guide technical project execution across proposal, design, and handoff activities, ensuring milestones, requirements, and deliverables stay aligned from initial sales engagement through final transition. The position partners closely with sales, engineering, construction, and other cross-functional teams to support informed decisions, manage risk, and keep complex projects moving forward. It is well suited to a project leader who can balance technical detail with clear communication and disciplined coordination. The work will have a direct impact on delivery quality, schedule adherence, and overall project outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,700 – $159,300 annually

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather project requirements and objectives
  • Coordinate project milestones throughout the proposal phases
  • Review and validate design drawings against project specifications and standards
  • Support thorough site due diligence preparation and risk management
  • Communicate project requirements and timelines effectively across teams
  • Develop a duration-based delivery schedule with cross-functional execution teams
  • Create final handover packages and lead project handover meetings

Qualifications

  • Engineering background required
  • 5-8 years of experience in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with Project Management experience preferred
  • Experience in renewables is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to drive them to successful completion
