Chief People Officer

Join a fast-growing premium travel and dining venture (~300 people), backed by one of the largest Food and Beverage groups in the world. There are several acquisitions underway and we are looking for a Chief People Officer to drive an outstanding company culture and own people strategy end to end. What You'll Do

• Own people and culture strategy end to end
• Build out and lead the people team from an early-stage foundation
• Partner with founders on org design and scaling across US and European Markets
• Lead the people side of acquisitions and integrations

What We're Looking For

• A genuine culture builder, not administrative HR
• Experience with an operational, frontline workforce (hospitality, retail, manufacturing, logistics)
• Ideally from a company recognised for its culture
• Senior, hands-on, and energised by fast-paced growth
• Experience managing employees across several countries (US and Europe)
