Job Title: Talent Development Partner (Remote – HR Focus) Location: Fully Remote Assignment Duration: 3–6 months Pay Rate: Up to $71.86/hour Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST Job Summary Kelly is seeking a strategic and highly experienced Talent Development Partner to support HR leaders in driving and executing enterprise and local talent strategies. This professional will consult on leadership development, organization learning, talent management processes, and organizational design, leveraging global HR best practices. You will deliver expert facilitation, data-driven decision-making, and consultative insights while playing a central role in transforming talent frameworks. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, business-savvy HR advisor, comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments. Top 3 Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR and business leaders on talent development issues, offering insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Consult and advise HR Business Partners on talent development processes, including leadership development, performance management, succession planning, coaching, learning, and psychometric assessments.
  • Research, design, and develop leading-edge HR programs and solutions to enhance culture and talent development strategies.
  • Collaborate with corporate, functional, and business leaders to ensure talent processes meet the current and future needs of teams globally.
  • Partner across HRBPs, CoEs, and HR Operations to deliver seamless and integrated talent solutions.
  • Set standards and infrastructure for talent development—policies, processes, systems—and evaluate effectiveness using key metrics.
  • Curate, facilitate, and continually improve talent development tools and solutions, driving adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Innovate talent development approaches, leveraging external networks, benchmarking, and global best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred); equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant HR experience, with a focus on talent development and management.
  • Proven background in corporate HR disciplines: talent development, talent management, succession planning.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, including understanding business priorities and rhythms.
  • Familiarity with HR consultancy environments; experience in global or matrixed organizations strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in working with cross-functional stakeholders; comfortable with EST time zone business hours.

  • Expert facilitation skills: Lead collaborative and engaging training sessions, resolve conflicts, and foster decision-making.
  • Strong change management expertise: Guide teams through organizational change, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
  • Strategic HR consulting: Diagnose business needs, prioritize stakeholders, and deliver holistic solutions aligned with goals.
  • Data analytics proficiency: Interpret and present qualitative/quantitative talent data using statistical and visualization techniques.
  • High-impact communicator and influencer, able to develop and deliver multi-channel messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate organizational savvy, global perspective, and an innovative mindset.
  • Values differences and cultivates inclusive, high-performance cultures.

Additional Information

  • This assignment is fully remote and requires daily availability within standard business hours (EST).
  • Candidate must be available for a 45-minute Zoom interview during the selection process.
  • Professional experience and comfort operating with senior HR leaders and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment required.
