About the Role
JustAnswer is looking for tech-savvy customer service specialists to provide phone-based support for our global customer base. You’ll help people with billing, logins, account access, and everyday tech issues—delivering clear solutions and great experiences with every call.
Most requests are for phone consultations. Calls are handled securely through our platform (your personal number is never shared), and typically last 7–15 minutes. You’ll initiate calls at a time that works for you, giving you the flexibility to set your own schedule while working remotely.
What You’ll Bring
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year in a tech-based phone support role or call center.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfort with troubleshooting common login, billing, and account issues.
- Remote Readiness: Prior remote support experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and empathetic phone communication.
- Reliability: Strong attention to detail, dependable internet connection, and ability to work independently.
