The Role We are looking for a Legal Recruiter in the greater Philadelphia area to join our national team. While this position is fully remote, we are specifically seeking someone in the Greater Philadelphia or Tri-State area who understands the local legal landscape and can tap into regional networks. You will manage a split desk that handles both permanent talent placements as well as project-based engagements/secondments.

What You Will Do

• Manage the permanent search process from start to finish, managing everything from the initial search to final negotiations.
• Sourcing and vetting a robust pipeline of project-based attorneys and paralegals for regional and national assignments.
• Leverage your knowledge of the market to identify top-tier talent for our most prestigious accounts.
• Represent JSL within the Philadelphia legal community to help maintain and grow our regional presence.
• Apply our 25-year-old methodology to provide thorough vetting and unparalleled service to every stakeholder.

Who You Are

• You have a background in the legal industry, perhaps as a practicing attorney, a paralegal, or an experienced recruiter who understands the nuances of different practice areas.
