Commercial Contracts Attorney

JURISolutions is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a full-time, 6 month, fully remote engagement with our client in the financial service sector. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years experience handling typical commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements) on the procurement side. This role does not allow for concurrent employment and candidates must be actively barred in at least one jurisdiction.
