As the Global Manager, Clinical Applications, you will lead a high-performing team of Clinical Application Leads dedicated to delivering exceptional training and support for our RUBY-FILL product application across the U.S. and international markets within the nuclear medicine community. You will champion customer satisfaction and loyalty by fostering deep application expertise, operational consistency, and strategic alignment across global application initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a global team of Clinical Application Specialists, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members, ensuring high engagement and professional growth.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, conduct regular feedback sessions, and support team members in achieving their full potential.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical application support for the RUBY-FILL® elution system, including post-installation optimization, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and onboarding programs to ensure consistent global standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Field Service, and Commercial teams to resolve system issues and implement CAPA processes.
- Maintain and enhance databases for customer feedback, support activities, and service outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including ISO13485, ISO9001, and Good Documentation Practices.
- Participate in product development discussions, providing clinical insights to improve usability and performance.
- Support global operations with flexibility, including on-call availability and international travel.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, aligning with company financial goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (BSc required)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical applications within a regulated industry
- Proven leadership in managing and developing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems (SAP/Oracle), Windows OS, and custom software
- Fluency in English; French or Spanish is an asset
- Valid Canadian or US passport for international travel
