As the Global Manager, Clinical Applications, you will lead a high-performing team of Clinical Application Leads dedicated to delivering exceptional training and support for our RUBY-FILL product application across the U.S. and international markets within the nuclear medicine community. You will champion customer satisfaction and loyalty by fostering deep clinical expertise, operational consistency, and strategic alignment across global application initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the Clinical Applications team across global markets. Manage and mentor a diverse team of clinical applications professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing high-level guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders. Represent the clinical applications perspective in cross-functional product teams, influencing design and usability.
- Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of training manuals, user guides, and onboarding materials to ensure consistent global standards. Champion knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and regions.
- Maintain and optimize databases for customer feedback, clinical support, and troubleshooting to enable data-driven decision-making. Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities through enhanced clinical support and services.
- Lead post-installation support and ongoing system optimization, both onsite and remotely. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Field Service teams to proactively resolve system issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Contribute to the design of clinical development programs aligned with product goals and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with global regulations including ISO9001, ISO13485, and ICH-GCP, and support documentation best practices.
- Partner with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to align clinical applications strategy with business objectives. Participate in strategic meetings with investigative sites, key opinion leaders, and consultants.
- Proactively escalate and communicate key issues, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Provide input on Post Market Surveillance and other clinical documentation.
- Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with company financial goals. Support global operations with flexibility, including on-call availability and frequent international travel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (BSc required)
- 7+ years of clinical applications experience in a regulated industry
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and operations
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems (SAP/Oracle), Windows OS, and custom software
- Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus
- Valid Canadian or US passport for international travel
