job summary: In this role, you will support the planning and execution of technical programs from initial intake through final delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and analytics, to ensure project alignment and operational rigor. This is an excellent opportunity to manage technical initiatives within a global, fast-paced environment. location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $65 - 70 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Support endtoend execution of programs and initiatives from intake through delivery Track work using systems such as Azure DevOps; manage tasks, dependencies, and timelines Gather and document requirements, user stories, and success criteria Coordinate across crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery Surface risks, blockers, and status updates to stakeholders Contribute to reporting, metrics tracking, and operational reviews [ Required Qualifications Experience in program, project, or operations management within a technical environment Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills Ability to operate in structured delivery frameworks and manage multiple priorities Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting tools Experience collaborating with technical and nontechnical partners Nice to Have Exposure to analytics, reporting, or tooling platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL, ADO) Prior experience supporting technology or business transformation programs qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate Flow. 1+ year of experience with Power BI. Proven background in technical program or project management. Strong proficiency in managing stakeholders across technical and business functions. Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (e.g., ADO).
