Job Title: Scrum Master with Payments Location: Charlotte, NC // RemoteExperience: 10+years MustJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the banking domain, specifically credit cards, payments, and dispute management (smart dispute preferred). The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving Agile practices and ceremonies while fostering collaboration across teams. Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Teams to ensure alignment and clarity of goals.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure continuous delivery.
• Monitor team velocity, provide metrics, and drive improvements in productivity and quality.
• Promote an Agile mindset across the team and stakeholders.
• Support delivery of solutions in the banking and credit card space, including payments and dispute management systems.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 6+ years as a Scrum Master in large-scale banking or financial services projects.
• Strong expertise in credit card and payments systems; smart dispute experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record in Agile delivery, velocity tracking, and cross-functional team facilitation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid working model
