Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving net-new revenue growth by leading insight-driven sales engagements with healthcare organizations to help rethink how data and analytics can shape healthcare demand by introducing new perspectives on market pressures, performance gaps, and transformation opportunities enabled through Intellimed’s analytics platform.
Success in this role requires the ability to challenge customer assumptions, quantify economic impact, build executive consensus, and guide organizations through complex buying decisions in a rapidly evolving healthcare analytics market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead insight-based sales conversations that reframe customer use cases to create urgency for change
- Connect industry trends (value-based care, margin compression financial sustainability, patient leakage, physician alignment and network strategy) to measurable business outcomes
- Partner with Growth, Finance, Leadership and internal analytics teams to develop compelling solution strategies by translating customer market challenges into differentiated value propositions
- Represent Intellimed as a thought leader at industry conferences, executive forums, and client engagements
- Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare market trends, reimbursement models, and analytics innovation
- Provide feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market positioning
- Identify and develop strategic target accounts across health systems, physician organizations, and payors
- Generate and qualify opportunities through proactive outreach, industry insight, and executive engagement
- Advance opportunities from discovery through contracting and close
- Build multi-threaded relationships across executive and operational leadership levels
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
Performance Expectations
- Achieve or exceed regional revenue and pipeline targets
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecast discipline
- Demonstrate measurable progression of strategic accounts
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise healthcare sales or support experience
- Demonstrated success selling or supporting complex solutions to health systems, physician organizations, or payors
- Proven experience engaging C-suite and executive decision-makers
- Understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, reimbursement models, and performance improvement initiatives
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%
