Scrum Master

Insight Global is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join their remote team. You’ll support two agile squads and collaborate with over 25 teams across the organization. This individual is expected to managing teams across multiple time zones (onshore and offshore).

Your focus will be on identifying and elevating cross-team risks, managing dependencies, and guiding teams through Quarterly/PI Planning. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, promote scalable practices, and serve as a connector between teams—surfacing insights, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability. This role supports a project aimed at resolving access issues across multiple products. The initiative involves creating a seamless workflow for customers to log in once and access all relevant platforms, each with different configurations and entry points. You’ll work alongside an Agile Program Lead and help shape the delivery strategy in a flat, collaborative environment that values humility, curiosity, and systems thinking.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $60/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
