Social Media Support/Speaker Communication Volunteers

We are looking for two types of volunteers:

Social Media Support

This is a remote volunteer role for a Marketing & Social Media Support. The role involves creating social media marketing strategy, developing and managing social media content. The volunteer will help promote events, increase online presence, and assist with administrative tasks related to marketing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance industry is a plus

And Sponsor/Speaker Communication Volunteer

This is a remote volunteer role for a Sponsor & Speaker Communication Volunteer. The volunteer will be responsible for coordinating communication with event sponsors and speakers, ensuring smooth and effective information exchange. Tasks include managing correspondence and updating stakeholders on event details and requirements. The role also involves supporting sponsors and speakers to maximize their engagement and participation in the events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in the software testing industry is a plus
