About the Opportunity Join a program management team leading multiple customer onboarding projects for cloud-based services within an SAP environment. You will plan, execute, and control large technical projects across cross-functional teams, drive risk/issue management, and deliver clear, timely reporting to stakeholders. The work primarily follows a waterfall methodology with occasional agile practices, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel, and reporting via platforms like ServiceNow and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technical onboarding projects across cross-functional teams.
• Own project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and performance control.
• Manage change control, issues, and risks; perform risk assessments and drive mitigations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to PMO standards, processes, and best practices; evolve project methodologies.
• Support reporting and analytics using enterprise tools and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• US citizenship only (sole US citizenship required).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of technical project/program management experience.
• 3+ years in cloud/IT operations, software or systems engineering; strong understanding of hyperscalers.
• 3+ years of experience working within an SAP environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel (and the full Microsoft Office suite).
• Experience leading projects with waterfall methodology; agile exposure.
• Process-oriented with strong analytical skills; comfortable working with highly technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Focused Run.
• Background in onboarding SAP products to cloud services.

Work Environment

• Fully remote, collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
• No travel expected.
