AI Catalyst & Product Manager

IDR is seeking an AI Catalyst & Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading enterprise AI initiatives by identifying high-value use cases, redesigning workflows, and driving AI-enabled solutions across the organization. The company operates within the technology and innovation sector, focusing on harnessing AI to transform business operations and workflows.

Position Overview for the AI Catalyst & Product Manager:

• Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives by identifying high-value AI use cases, redesigning business workflows, and driving implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the organization
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate opportunities into practical AI products, agents, copilots, and workflow solutions
• Drive organizational change, user adoption, and workforce upskilling while helping teams effectively integrate AI into day-to-day operations
• Ideal candidates will be AI-native professionals who actively use AI in their own work and have successfully implemented at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution

Requirements for the AI Catalyst & Product Manager:

• Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Management Consulting
• Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution
• Strong experience analyzing, documenting, and redesigning business processes and workflows
• Experience driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution
• Strong communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills
