Primary markets: Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, MedTech, and regulated enterprise.

The Role

**

We are looking for a revenue leader who builds from zero, closes fast, and can represent i-GENTIC in any room.

This is not a corporate management role. You will own the full revenue motion, from first conversation to signed contract, while developing strategic partnerships and shaping go-to-market execution. You move with urgency, creativity, and ownership.

Qualifications

**

Early-stage experience (start-up to Series B) is a must.

Proven enterprise closer with a track record in SaaS or AI platform sales, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.

Domain experience in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or regulated enterprise. Understanding of FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, or similar frameworks is a strong advantage.

Owns the full sales cycle independently, from discovery and demo through SoW drafting, negotiation to close.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate pipeline performance, and shape sales strategy.

Builds and manages channel partner relationships: consulting firms, system integrators, and strategic alliances.

Outstanding presenter. Comfortable commanding a room with executives and technical leaders. You make complex AI governance feel clear and compelling.

Marketing-literate. You understand positioning, narrative, and how to move buyers. You create your own decks, proposals, and collateral.

Creative problem solver. You find angles others miss.

Comfortable traveling for enterprise meetings and industry events when required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an asset.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture enterprise pipeline and close customers in regulated industries.

Develop and grow a channel partner network: consulting firms, system integrators, and strategic alliances.

Run discovery, demos, and negotiations with executive and technical stakeholders.

Translate complex AI governance capabilities into clear enterprise value across presentations, proposals, and conversations.

Collaborate with leadership on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Convert pilots into long-term platform agreements and drive land-and-expand revenue growth.

Compensation

Structured to reward performance and ownership.

Base retainer, generous commission on closed contract value, and meaningful performance/milestone-based equity for the right candidate.
