Contract Recruiter

Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team for a 6-month assignment focused on hiring apartment maintenance, leasing, and assistant manager professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for porters, maintenance techs, leasing consultants, and assistant managers across multiple apartment communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand site-level needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for high-turnover hourly positions.
• Maintain pipeline reports and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Keep processes organized and efficient while juggling multiple requisitions at once.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience recruiting for hourly or field-based roles (maintenance, skilled trades, or apartment industry preferred).
• Proven success handling high-volume requisitions.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must live in the Houston area – position is fully remote but local knowledge is key.
• Available to start ASAP.

Contract Term: 6 Months
