Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Executive Consultant specializing in Leadership, People & Culture. The Executive Consultant will support leadership development and cultural alignment, provide strategic guidance for personal and professional growth, and assist with the delivery of digital and live training sessions. Responsibilities include mentoring online business owners, promoting personal growth principles, and actively engaging with the global community to foster collaboration and innovation.

• Experience with global teams or communities is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
